As HDYO celebrates 15 years, we want to understand how we’ve supported young people impacted by Huntington’s Disease, what has made the greatest difference, and how we can continue improving for future generations.
Who Can Participate?
Anyone who has utilized any HDYO resource as someone directly impacted by HD or as a professional supporting someone directly impacted.
This survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.place and who can come.
